A self catering apartment in Vilamoura for holiday rental. Privately owned you can rent this three bedroom property from the owners direct. Situated centrally this second floor property will comfortably sleep six and is ideally situated for summer holidays, sailing, golfing or walking vacations. Vilamoura Marina and Falesia Beach are only a few minutes walk (1 km) and the main golf courses, Laguna, Pinhall, Old Course and Millennium are five minutes by car. A local supermarket and bar are only a short walk for provisions and refreshment.

With air conditioning and tiled floors throughout, the apartment has a floor area of 150 sq m and comprises of two double bedrooms with mirror fronted wardrobes with a third self contained bedroom with two single beds. Master bathroom with bath / shower, bidet, WC and basin and second shower room with wc and wash basin The lounge dining room has a dining table, chairs, comfortable seating TV and DVD player with heating for winter use and patio doors to an enclosed south west facing terrace with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sun bathing. A modern fitted kitchen offers a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and door to covered balcony. The block has its own swimming pool in secure grounds that makes it ideal and safe for small children. The sea view to the south west is over the "Parque Ambient" a natural flat grassland that is abundant with a variety of birds and butterflies.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The property is a twenty minute drive from Faro Airport. Car hire is not essential but would be required for golf vacations and exploring the beautiful surrounding Algarve countryside, several car hire companies are situated near the marina or we can arrange car hire from Faro Airport. The marina offers cruises, fishing trips, wind surfing, sailing, scuba diving and jet skiing. Trips are available to Marine World, the Zoo and the nearby Water Park. Pets are not allowed in the building. All bed linen and towels are provided, towels are changed twice and bed linen weekly. Please provide your own beach towels. A self catering welcome pack of tea, coffee, juice and biscuits is provided. Change over day is normally Saturday for the summer season but we can be flexible and we will accept short stay rentals of a few days outside of high season. Check in After 4pm, checkout before 11am. Please e-mail your initial inquiry to e-algarve.net A 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 40 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rental periods of less than 5 days will be subject to a final cleaning supplement of 35 euros. A damage security deposit of 200 euros will be required which will be refunded after your stay subject to any deductions for damages.
